GUARANTEES


All animals forsale are 100% represented, healthy,sexed, and feeding,unless otherwise stated. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive.Not held responsible for shippers delays.Guarantees voided if not there when delivered. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you must notify us immediately  so we can rectify the situation. All animals are health guaranteed for 24 hours after they are in your possession. After the 24 hour period runs out , I am no longer responsible for the animal.This policy is because once a animal leaves our care we no longer have control over its care and enviroment.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in the prices unless noted. We ship overnite Mon thru Wed, Heat packs included if needed.Shipping costs varies depending on location,Tracking #'s provided. We reserve the right to delay shipments during extreme weather conditons. We only ship within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept  pay pal , money orders, also personal checks{subject to bank clearence}  If PayPal is use the buyer is responsible for any transaction costs. We do not sell to minors under the age of 18. On our amphibians there are No guarantees. 15% Restocking fee if orders allready paid for are canceled. DOA's must be notified with in  an hour after arrival. If not no replacement.
